1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rescue2Residuals website, forms, and communications. By using our website, submitting a form, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit your information. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
2. Who we are
Rescue2Residuals ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent travel business, also operating under the brand name LaRue LuxVenture.
We are independent representatives of InteleTravel and PlanNet Marketing. We are not owned by, and do not speak on behalf of, either company. Those companies have their own separate terms, policies and agreements that apply to any relationship you form directly with them.

3. What we provide
Through this website we offer two things:
Travel planning and booking assistance. We help individuals, couples, families and groups research, plan and book travel experiences.
Information about the travel business opportunity. We provide information, consultations and mentorship for people exploring the opportunity to build a travel business through InteleTravel and PlanNet Marketing.
Submitting a form does not create any binding agreement between us. It is a request for information or assistance, and we may follow up to discuss it with you.
4. SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on one of our forms, you give us express written permission to send you text messages.
Program description
Rescue2Residuals sends text messages relating to appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to your enquiry, travel quote updates, delivery of promotional incentives you requested, and occasional information about the travel business opportunity.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the nature of your enquiry. You may typically expect 2-4 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. We do not charge you for receiving our messages.
How to opt out
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. We will send one confirmation message and will not send you further marketing text messages. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected].

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email [email protected].
Carrier limitations
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed.
Consent is not a condition
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, of booking travel, or of participating in the business opportunity. You may work with us entirely by phone or email if you prefer.
Your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted. These providers may only use the information to deliver the service we have asked them to perform.
5. Eligibility and your information
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit a form, or consent to receive messages from us.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to submit only a phone number and email address that belong to you or that you are authorised to use. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.
6. Travel bookings
We assist with planning and booking travel. We are not the travel supplier. Hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators and other suppliers provide the actual travel services, and their own terms and conditions govern your booking.
Travel pricing, availability, supplier terms, promotions and other travel details are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Deposits, payment schedules, change fees, cancellation penalties and refund policies are set by the supplier, not by us.
We are not responsible for supplier acts or omissions, schedule changes, cancellations, delays, overbooking, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend that you consider travel insurance and that you review each supplier's terms before confirming a booking.
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, identification and any other documentation required for your trip.
7. Business opportunity and income
Income disclaimer
Income is not guaranteed. Individual results vary and depend on factors including effort, skill development, consistency, business activity, and other factors. Prospective participants should review the current official disclosures, policies, fees, and compensation information provided by InteleTravel and PlanNet Marketing before enrolling.
Any information we share about the business opportunity is for educational purposes. Nothing on this website is a promise, projection or guarantee of earnings. Any experiences described are individual and are not typical or expected results.
Enrolment is completed directly with InteleTravel and PlanNet Marketing on their own websites, under their own agreements and fee structures. We are not a party to that relationship and cannot vary their terms.
We do not provide financial, tax, legal or investment advice. You should consult your own qualified professional before making any business or financial decision.
8. Promotional incentives
From time to time we offer promotional incentives, such as hotel savings cards, restaurant cards or vacation certificates, as a thank-you for your time.
These are third-party promotional offers issued by outside providers. They carry their own terms, conditions, blackout dates, expiry dates and redemption requirements set by the issuer. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, redemption or fulfilment of any third-party incentive. Incentives are limited to one per person or household, are non-transferable, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
Submit another person's contact details without their permission
Use this website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the website's operation
Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or collect information from the website
Copy or reproduce our content for commercial purposes without written permission
We may decline service, remove content, or restrict access at our discretion if these Terms are breached.
10. Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and layout, is owned by Rescue2Residuals or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
The InteleTravel and PlanNet Marketing names, logos and trademarks belong to those companies and are used here only to identify our independent representative relationship.
