We are independent representatives of InteleTravel and PlanNet Marketing. We are not owned by, and do not speak on behalf of, either company. Those companies maintain their own separate privacy policies that govern any information you provide directly to them.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent on pages, the website that referred you, and general location at the city or region level. What we do not collect

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or payment card details through this website. We do not process payments on this website. Any enrolment fees or travel payments are handled directly by InteleTravel, PlanNet Marketing, or the relevant travel supplier on their own secure systems.

Program name

The program is operated under the name Rescue2Residuals (also trading as LaRue LuxVenture). Messages are sent from our business phone number, +1 845-305-6852.

How you opt in

We only send text messages to people who have given express written consent. There is no other way to join the program. We never add a phone number on our own, buy phone number lists, or import numbers from any outside source.

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number into one of our web forms and ticking the unchecked consent box before you submit. The consent box is never pre-ticked, and submitting the form without ticking it means we will not text you. The consent box reads:

What we send

Transactional messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders are sent only in response to something you have requested.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. We do not charge you for receiving our messages.

How to opt out

You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further marketing text messages. Carrier limitations

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability. Our program supports major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket and Virgin Mobile.

Consent is never required

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, of booking travel, or of participating in the business opportunity. You can work with us entirely by phone or email if you prefer.

5. Mobile information and third parties

Important

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted. These providers may only use the information to deliver the service we have asked them to perform, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

In plain terms: your mobile number and your SMS consent stay with us. We do not sell them, we do not trade them, and we do not pass them to any other business, affiliate, or marketing partner so that they can contact you.

Travel suppliers, when you ask us to book

If you ask us to research or book travel, we share only the details necessary to complete that booking, such as traveler names and travel dates, with the relevant hotel, resort, cruise line, tour operator, or booking system. We share this only when you have asked us to proceed.

If you choose to enrol in the business opportunity

If you decide to enrol, you will complete that process directly on the official InteleTravel and PlanNet Marketing websites. Any information you submit there is collected by those companies under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies before enrolling.

Legal requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, investigate fraud, or protect the safety of any person.

Business transfer
